However nestled in one corner of Reims is our little secret. With only enough production to be served as The House Champagne in some of the best Restaurants in France, this Champagne rarely leaves the shores of France, or even the Environs of Reims. The Locals know what they like and Guard it well. We have been lucky enough to get the opportunity to share this Champagne with you.
